So, I've done my research and I've made many connections of people who are going to help me in my search for Flora.
This is Rose Longcob. She was my Social Worker in the Philippines. Her signature is all over my paperwork. I found her by googling her name.
Jim Cunningham - he is someone who works directly with Bethany Home and has give me much insight and hope. His wife in Filipino and they live not but a mile from the orphange.
I've also been corresponding with ICAB (Inter-Country Adoption Board Philippines). Lorial has been helping me correspond and helping me by researching more information. She's been doing a lot of digging for me.
